ACHIEVEMENTS

I successfully wrote quite a good number of economics articles which had been published in the newspapers, mainly Newsday, The Herald and online publishers including B24 and The Standard. The most controversial articles I wrote and published include the following, ‘Exposing the veil of ignorance behind Bond notes; Unlocking the growth potential; A closer look on the SI 64, 2016 on import restrictions; Financial inclusion strategies should cushion people; Bond notes controversy and the Chinamasa reforms; Monetarists’ rejection of Bond notes baseless; Being optimistic with Bond notes; Benefits of poverty reduction strategies through economic growth; Local content policy, a better option than SI 64, 2016’; ‘How Zimbabwe drifted from a basket case?’; ‘Economics crisis a cause of concern;Foreign aid dreadful, unnecessary’, among many others. I have been also contacted to comment on many controversial economic issues and all of my contributions, articles and comments can be found on the internet for reference.

I also co-authored and published a journal on economics titled ‘Impact of interest rates on Foreign Direct Investment, Case Study of Zimbabwe Economy (Feb 2009-June 2011)’.
