Experience Lecturer and teacher in english
Hello myself Ramesh Tandasa from India. I am qualified in M.A, M.Ed, PhD(part time progressing) at Andhra University, Vishakapatnam.
I have working in education field since 2006. I started my career as a teacher in English and science subjects and also as a Principal for 2 years. Later I joined in a teacher training college where I taught Education psychology and computer education for five years and also working as Assistant Principal involving various administration activities like examinations, admissions etc.
At present I am working as a Lecturer in Teacher training college(B.Ed) in Pedagogy of English for 6 years. And also Assistant Principal for the last four years.
Now my wish is to become a Global teacher as a TEFL teacher in Asia. Recently i finished 12o hours in class TEFL course from ASIAN COLLEGE OF TEACHERS, Goa. In future i will finish CELTA and my PhD in education.

Today in teacher training college Ph.D is compulsory for every lecturer. So I prepared for Ph.D entrance exam and got admission in 2018 at Andhra University under the guidance of Professor Nimma Venkatarao. I wish i would done my research in teaching English as a second language especially concentrate in rural area. I hope i will complete it in 2021.
