My main responsibility is to take care of two boys, including school collection, making sure their schoolwork is done and spend quality time with them doing activities that are both fun and educational. During my time here I learned to be more responsible and patient and to solve emerging problems quickly and efficiently. I also had the chance to get familiar with Irish culture.

My main task was planning, preparing and leading regular activities for Polish young people of all ages both in the Youth centre and in schools mostly focusing on intercultural education. These activities included workshops about cultural differences and opportunities abroad, visiting English classes in various schools and kindergartens, promoting volunteering through workshops, leading discussion clubs about controversial topics in English and participating in street actions. I also had the chance to hold presentations about my country to both young and elderly people and to have conversations with a learner of my mother tongue.

My primary task was to take customer phone calls and process their e-mails, answering their questions and providing them quick and efficient help in solving their problems in both Hungarian and English. I was also responsible for keeping in touch with operators from foreign post offices by e-mail and other postal systems in order to investigate the whereabouts of certain parcels. During my work, I often had to solve complicated cases, which greatly improved my problem solving skills. Having to communicate with customers on a daily basis taught me how to deal with difficult, problematic situations in a calm manner. Moreover, I helped training new colleagues for the usage of certain systems.

During the 180 hour course, I completed the following modules: teaching English grammar and vocabulary, the principles of learners' needs and teaching methodologies, teaching receptive and productive skills, teaching pronunciation and phonology, the principles of online teaching using teaching aids, the principles of lesson planning and online classroom management, teaching adults and young learners
